The client needed a website for their ride-hailing service that felt trustworthy, modern and easy to use — making it simple for users to book a ride in seconds.
My Process
Mapped the full user journey from app open to ride confirmation. Created low-fidelity wireframes to validate the core flow, gathered client feedback across two rounds, then built high-fidelity screens in Figma with a bold, high-contrast visual system optimised for speed and clarity.
